DiRito’s Italian Restaurant is a cherished, family-owned establishment in downtown Cañon City, offering authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since opening its doors in 2001, owner Greg DiRito—alongside his late father Bob—transformed a former automotive garage at the corner of 3rd and Main into a cozy dining destination that celebrates heritage and hospitality
