About Us

Fremont Center for the Arts (FCA) was founded in 1947 and has the distinction of being the oldest (76 years), privately run art center West of the Mississippi River. As a non-profit 501c3, the mission of FCA is to create experiences that connect people to art, ideas, and one another. To engage, educate and excite our rural community by collecting, exhibiting and preserving works of art for the enjoyment of all. FCA offers many services such as new monthly art exhibitions, volunteer opportunities, art classes for youth and adults, and resources for artist to exhibit, teach, and more.
